DBS Application Guide
Please read our DBS Application Guide to help you navigate the application form and highlight important information needed to obtain your DBS.

Important information
Once you complete the form below, you'll be taken directly into your DBS application. You will also receive an email with a link to the application form if you want to complete this at a later date (you will need to use the email and password entered below to login).
Arranging an ID Check
When completing the DBS application form, you will be asked to choose your preferred method of ID check:
- Post Office - select 'Post Office' in the application form and follow the instructions on the link
- LTA ID Checker - select 'Organisation' in the application form and contact details will be provided if an ID Checker is available at your venue.
You must complete the ID check before your DBS application will be submitted for processing.
Please select your venue from the list below. If you work at multiple venues, select the primary one. If you are a Free Park Tennis Activator, please select 'Free Park Tennis' from the list.
If your venue is not shown in the list, please use the Contact Us form to ask for your venue to be added. If your venue is not there and you are needing the DBS urgently then please select ‘LTA General’ from the venue list to continue with your application.
