As your role requires a criminal record check (CRC); you have a duty to update the LTA Safe and Inclusive Team on the first and second anniversary of the completion of your CRC.

You will need to update the LTA Safe and Inclusive Team on the second anniversary of the completion of your CRC, otherwise if your DBS is no longer valid, you will need to apply for a new DBS.
